CrossGym 101
Basic elements of Junior parkour, fundamental tumbling with mini trampolining,
team games plus junior fitness elements with P.N.F. stretching technique will be part of the syllabus.
The course aims to improve the participants' physical mobility with sense of self - protection from injury in general sports training and it targets to help all participants to enhance overall physical development in future sports.
CROSSGYM 101 is a kinesiology-based-physical-movement-developmental program for children
from grade 3 to grade 5.
