We fly for life
Participants aim to get from one point to another in a relatively complex environment in the fastest and most efficient way possible. It includes running, vaulting, jumping, rolling, cartwheeling, rotating, up-side-down, balancing, rhythmical skills, short distance sprinting, quadrupedal movement  and other movements as deemed most suitable for the training are implemented.
